The focus of the program is on strengthening an authentic personal brand in the role of corporate influencer.
What it's about
The program and its content are primarily aimed at company employees who have already gained experience as a corporate influencer. Companies that want to expand, expand or develop their program from pilot status can also benefit from this program.
Target group for the program
Minimum number of participants
The program only makes sense if a group of at least 8 people from your company take part. There are no upper limits.
Time frame and effort
The program runs for 8 weeks. A start is possible at any time after consultation and advance planning. The participants meet once a week for 60 minutes and invest approximately another hour in preparing these meetings.

As a freelance communications consultant, I have been strategically supporting companies in setting up corporate influencer programs for 10 years. My name is Klaus Eck and over the past 25 years I have founded several agencies that have focused their consulting work on content strategy and reputation management.
Since 2000, I have been asked to give keynotes on the topics of online communication, corporate influencers and content marketing.
I have also published 5 books: “Corporate Blogs”, “Internet Career Trap”, “Transparent and Credible”, “The Content Revolution in Companies” and “The New Power of Corporate Influencers”. I publish myself or have been quoted on the topics mentioned in numerous renowned business, IT, HR and marketing magazines.
Since May 2022, I have been running the Corporate Influencer Podcast together with Alex Wunschel and Winfried Ebner.
In 2023, I co-founded the Corporate Influencer Club initiative, which offers committed people a platform to help shape digital change in their organizations.

Hello, I'm Sophie Rickmann - business psychologist and communications manager with a broad background in marketing, sales, training and business development
What unites all of these positions is my deep interest in people and the focus on interpersonal communication. This passion resulted in a part-time study of business psychology and my curiosity in the area of New Work, awakened by Working Out Loud, led to my training and work as a New Work Facilitator, because I see that new approaches are necessary in today's dynamic working world, to support and promote employees in the best possible way. Another important focus of my work is corporate influencing. I advise companies and show employees how they can become visible to the outside world as corporate ambassadors (corporate influencers) and at the same time strengthen internal networking. I am convinced that real innovation and growth can arise through working together in teams.

Before the 8-week program officially begins, you start with an in-person kick-off workshop. In this workshop we introduce ourselves and the program, guide you through the tools and content used and prepare you for the start of your learning journey. You get an overview of who is on the trip and what awaits you. After the workshop, the journey begins and takes you online through the following weeks to the home stretch.

The journey begins! There are exciting 8 weeks ahead of you in which you will develop together as a corporate influencer. In this introductory week you will meet in your mastermind group for the first time, get to know each other and discuss your personal goals for the program. Which aspects of your digital identity do you want to strengthen? What new skills would you like to develop? Together you will lay the foundation for a successful learning journey in which the focus is on exchange and growing together.

You will learn how to position yourself professionally, show your personality and build your reputation through consistency and active participation. You will also receive tips on how to continually develop your digital identity and remain visible.

It's about how you go beyond technical topics and develop a clear opinion on social issues. Good positioning requires more than specialist knowledge – it is also about opinion leadership and classification. It is important to take a stand, especially on topics such as diversity and social responsibility. Companies can promote this process through clear guidelines and support in critical situations.

This week is about moving from “I” to “We” and understanding the importance of networking and community. You'll learn the difference between a network and a community and learn how to build an active community on platforms like LinkedIn. Important aspects are clear goals, regular interactions and a strong sense of community. In the end, it’s about recognizing your personal “why” behind networking and finding and developing the type of community that’s right for you.

The focus is on how you can use networking in a targeted manner to strengthen your positioning and expand your reach. You'll find out how much time you should invest in networking and why it's important to consciously make contacts and use comments to strategically expand your network.

You will learn that strategic planning does not take away from authenticity, but rather allows you to communicate specifically and effectively. Practical tips make writing easier, and it makes sense not to rely exclusively on LinkedIn, but also to use other platforms such as newsletters or blogs in order to have a diverse presence and to recycle your content sensibly.

Finally, there is a recommendation to mark the completion of the mastermind group with a gift of thanks and appreciation.
