What it's about
The program and its content are primarily aimed at employees of a company who already have experience as corporate influencers. Companies that want to expand, scale up, or develop their program beyond the pilot phase can also benefit from this program.
Target group for the program
Minimum number of participants
The program only makes sense if a group of at least 8 people from your company participates. There is no upper limit.
Timeframe and effort
The program runs for 8 weeks. Starting is possible at any time after consultation and planning. Participants meet once a week for 60 minutes and invest approximately another hour in preparing for these meetings.

How does the Corporate Influencer+ program work?

Your coaches for the program

As a freelance communications consultant, I have been strategically supporting companies in building corporate influencer programs for 10 years. My name is Klaus Eck, and over the past 25 years I have founded several agencies specializing in content strategy and reputation management.
Since 2000, I have been asked to give keynote speeches on the topics of online communication, corporate influencers and content marketing.
Furthermore, I have published five books: "Corporate Blogs," "The Internet Career Trap," "Transparent and Credible," "The Content Revolution in Companies," and "The New Power of Corporate Influencers." I have also published articles or been quoted on these topics in numerous renowned business, IT, HR, and marketing journals.
Since May 2022, I have been running the Corporate Influencer Podcast together with Alex Wunschel and Winfried Ebner.
In 2023, I co-founded the Corporate Influencer Club initiative, which offers committed people a platform to help shape the digital transformation in their organizations.
Every Thursday, I host a LinkedIn audio session as part of the Corporate Influencer Club. We also host the Corporate Influencer Club at Zukunft Personal in Hamburg, Stuttgart, and Cologne, featuring numerous speakers from the field.

Hello, I'm Sophie Rickmann - a business psychologist and communications consultant with a broad background in marketing, sales, training and business development
What unites all these experiences is my deep interest in people and my focus on interpersonal communication. This passion led to a part-time degree in business psychology, and my curiosity about New Work, sparked by Working Out Loud, resulted in my training and work as a New Work facilitator. I see that in today's dynamic work environment, new approaches are necessary to best support and develop employees. Another important focus of my work is corporate influencing. I advise companies and show employees how they can become visible externally as corporate ambassadors while simultaneously strengthening internal networks.
