Today we want to share something with you that we are particularly enthusiastic about! And maybe for yourself or for you or for you and your team can become a real gamuchanger. We are currently working intensively with a tool that creates new perspectives, promotes self -reflection and sustainably improves communication in the team:

Do you know the Big Five?

The "Big Five" are five stable personality traits that strongly influence our thinking, feeling and behavior:

  • Neuroticism (sensitive vs. calm)

  • Extraversion (sociable vs. reserved)

  • Openness for experiences (curiously vs. down -to -earth)

  • Compatibility (compassionate vs. direct)

  • Conscientiousness (organizes vs. flexible)

These five dimensions provide evidence of how we make decisions, deal with stress, communicate or work together.

What makes the Big Five so special?

Unfortunately, many personality tests provide a rigid result and thereby promote drawer thinking. Or they cost a lot of money and you need someone who evaluates the test with you. We know it is easier and more direct - with the help of chatt (or a comparable Ki tool).

The AI not only analyzes every feature individually like the online test, but also looks at the interactions. This creates a holistic picture of your own personality - including concrete references to behavior in different situations.

How do we use that? At the beginning of our team workshops for team development: Every: R recognizes better and learns to understand others better. This is often a special moment when trust grows. And with this basis we continue to work on communication, connection and strong cooperation.

  3. Value your result with chatt (or a similar tool).

Big Five for you and your team?

The Big Five X AI format is not only an exciting self-test-we also use it in customer workshops with teams of different sizes.

Recently we worked with an 18-member team that chose the Big Five Test as an introduction to better understand our own team dynamics.

The effect: everyone in the team got to know themselves and each other better. Similarities and differences were made visible on large posters (see example above).

Using real everyday situations, we discussed together what this means for cooperation - a strong basis for real change in cooperation.

And then what? The Big Five Evaluation is the ideal starting point to target changes in the team - for example:

  • Make strengths visible in the team and use targeted use

  • Sustainable, appreciative feedback culture build and expand

  • Improving communication due to conscious way of dealing with each other
