Big Five X Chatgpt
Today we want to share something with you that we're particularly excited about right now! And which might just be a real game-changer for you, or for you and your team. We're currently working intensively with a tool that creates new perspectives, promotes self-reflection, and sustainably improves team communication:
→ The Big Five personality test – in combination with ChatGPT.
Do you know the Big Five?
The "Big Five" are five stable personality traits that strongly influence our thinking, feeling, and behavior:
Neuroticism (sensitive vs. easygoing)
Extraversion (outgoing vs. reserved)
Openness to experience (curious vs. down-to-earth)
Agreeableness (compassionate vs. direct)
Conscientiousness (organized vs. flexible)
These five dimensions provide clues about how we make decisions, deal with stress, communicate, or collaborate.
What makes the Big Five so special?
Unfortunately, many personality tests deliver rigid results, thus encouraging stereotypical thinking. Or they cost a lot of money and require someone to analyze the test with you. We know there's an easier and more direct way – with the help of ChatGPT (or a comparable AI tool).
The AI doesn't just analyze each trait individually like the online test, but also looks at the interactions between them. This creates a holistic picture of one's personality – including specific suggestions for behavior in different situations.
How do we implement this? At the beginning of our team development workshops: Everyone gains a better understanding of themselves and learns to better understand others. This is often a special moment in which trust grows. And with this foundation, we then continue working on communication, connection, and strong collaboration.
Would you like to try it yourself?
Here's your introduction to Big Five personality analysis with AI:
Take the test: www.bigfive-test.com (No registration required. Takes approximately 10–15 minutes.)
Download your test results as a PDF in landscape format.
Evaluate your results using ChatGPT (or a similar tool).
Use the following prompt as a starting point for a thorough analysis:
" Hi ChatGPT. I took a Big Five personality test.
You'll find my test results in the attached PDF. Please take on the role of an experienced personality developer and analyst for personality growth and development.
Analyze my profile holistically.
Address the interactions between the dimensions. Describe how this profile affects my communication, my approach to leading topics and people, my teamwork, and my impact on others.
I want to gain a better understanding of myself and get insights for my behavior in a professional context.
Thank you. "
Big Five for you and your team?
The Big Five x AI format is not only an exciting self-test – we also use it in customer workshops with teams of varying sizes.
We recently worked with an 18-member team who chose the Big Five test as a starting point to better understand their own team dynamics.
The effect: Everyone on the team got to know themselves and each other better. Similarities and differences were made visible on large posters (see example above).
Using real-life situations as examples, we discussed together what this means for collaboration – a strong foundation for real change in how we interact.
And then what? The Big Five analysis is the ideal starting point for initiating targeted changes within the team – for example:
Make the team's strengths visible and use them effectively
To establish and develop a sustainable, appreciative feedback culture
Improve communication through conscious interaction
What if you suddenly saw your team in a completely new light?
Faster access to new insights – without pigeonholing
Clarity about team dynamics that would otherwise remain hidden beneath the surface
A common language for collaboration and development
